What Is Somatic Breath Therapy?
Somatic Breath Therapy is a specific body-mind therapy that utilizes conscious, connected and other breathing techniques for the purpose of cultivating body (somatic) awareness, emotional clearing and regulation, relieving stress and anxiety, improving mental clarity and presence, and inspiring spiritual and interpersonal connection and prosperity. Even more significantly, Somatic Breath Therapy can be used to help people to heal and integrate the coping strategies and PTSD that often arise as a result of complex trauma and childhood conditioning or abuse. It consists of two levels of application, Somatic Breath Coaching and Somatic Breath Therapy.
